I wanted to take everyone on a ride. A love letter to the future. To take off into the unknown together.

I wrote the initial part, as sort of sad love song about the end of times, but also the end of a relationship.

Years later it took on a new light.

I saw two people, one forging a new life in the sky, and another married to earth's plight. Both of them loving each other and their mission to make the universe better, even if it means life without the other.
